Prime Minister has issued President Asif Ali Zardari a recommendation to confer Nishan-e-Haider, the highest military award, upon the martyr Lieutenant Yasir Abbas who got shahadat in line of defending assets of Pakistan Navy in face of terrorists’ attack on PNS Mehran.
